As per report from recode, Twitter is mulling plans to buy the German-based music-sharing service SoundCloud to fuel growth at the social network. The company is considering a deal to acquire SoundCloud, the music and audio-sharing company, according to people familiar with both companies. Berlin-based SoundCloud is a free service that lets users upload and share audio files around the Web; it likes to describe itself as the “YouTube for audio.” In October 2013, the company announced that it had 250 million users. arlier this year, SoundCloud announced a $60 million funding round that valued the company at $700 million. Last fall, as Twitter was preparing to go public, it acquired mobile ad company MoPub in a deal that valued that company above $300 million. As per Last Wednesday SAP  announced  for cuts in Job is unlikely to have an impact on its workforce in India, senior company officials said, even as employees at the enterprise software major get anxious about their jobs. Senior executives at the India unit of Walldorf, Germany-based SAP said jobs cuts are most likely to impact employees in the United States and Europe. In additional that the company has been acquiring new office space and hiring people in India. "The axe has not fallen on India and there is no indication that it will," a company official told ET requesting anonymity. Some of the employees at SAP India, however, could be shifted to other business units or re-trained in new areas, the person said. After a long wait, Most awaited motorola's smartphone "Price to All" Launched first in India . Motorola Moto E Available from midnight on flipkart store just at Rs 6999 . Moto E Configuration : Moto E has a 4.3-inch display with 540X960p resolution. It runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with guaranteed upgrade. 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon 200 QA7 processor with 1GB RAM and Adreno 302 Gpu. Though it has only 4GB internal storage, Moto E supports microSD cards up to 32GB. This makes it the only smartphone in Motorola's global portfolio to feature storage expansion. The budget offering of Motorola sports a 5MP camera on the back, but does not have rear LED flash and front camera. It can access the internet over 2G, 3G and Wi-Fi networks, while data can be transferred via microUSB 2.0 and Bluetooth 4.0.
